His goal is to usher in a new era in which customer Lifetime Value, or LTV, becomes the organizing principles for B2C businesses. His company uses a proprietary database on 260 million adult Americans, in conjunction with customer data on purchases and product usage, to predict LTV with around 90% accuracy.
